Does repair upload my PDF?

No. The file is read in this tab. The download is created here.

Will every damaged file open after repair?

No. Rebuild copies pages this browser can read. Recover pictures draws pages it can render, up to 80. If neither mode can read a page, that file cannot be repaired here.

Are signatures and forms kept?

Digital signatures do not survive. Forms, attachments, outlines, and JavaScript are not kept as working features. Recover pictures also drops selectable text.
