What if the password is wrong?
The tool reports a wrong-password error. Nothing is uploaded and guessing is not done for you.
Can PDFForge crack a password?
No. You must already know the password. Unlocking without it is not supported.
Why might unlock still fail?
Some encryption revisions are unsupported. The UI explains when a file cannot be rewritten.
